Life Savers Restoration LLC was founded in 2019 in Henderson, Nevada — built around a straightforward premise: when water is soaking through your drywall at midnight or smoke residue is settling into every surface of your home, the company you call should know exactly what to do and be reachable when it matters. That’s the operating philosophy the company has run on since day one.

What we do

Most of the calls that come in aren’t scheduled. A pipe fails. A washing machine supply line lets go. A kitchen fire leaves behind soot that travels farther than most people expect. The work is responding to those moments — arriving, assessing the actual scope of damage rather than guessing at it, and walking homeowners and property managers through a process that can feel overwhelming when you’re standing in it.

A significant part of that process involves insurance. We document losses thoroughly — moisture readings, photographs, affected material inventories — and work directly with adjusters so that the claim reflects what actually happened. That doesn’t eliminate the stress of a loss, but it removes one layer of it.

Because damage doesn’t wait for business hours, we’re available around the clock. Water behind a wall doesn’t stop migrating because it’s a Sunday evening, and mold can begin colonizing wet materials within 24 to 48 hours of a moisture event. Our certifications and licensure

The restoration industry has a credentialing body — the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) — that sets the technical standards most insurance carriers and building officials recognize. Life Savers Restoration LLC is an IICRC Certified Firm, and our technicians hold individual certifications in water damage restoration (WRT), structural drying (ASD), mold remediation (AMRT), and fire and smoke restoration (FSRT). Those aren’t wall decorations — they represent specific training in how moisture moves through building assemblies, how drying systems are designed and monitored, and how contamination is contained.

We also hold EPA Lead-Safe Certification. Federal law requires this for any renovation, repair, or remediation work that disturbs lead-based paint in homes built before 1978. Henderson and the broader Las Vegas Valley have housing stock spanning several decades, and older properties in established neighborhoods can carry that risk. Having the certification means we handle those situations legally and safely.

Our team is OSHA trained, and the company carries the licensure required to operate in Nevada.
