The only circumstance in which we share your data with an outside party is when you have signed a work-authorization or insurance-coordination form that specifically permits it. Subcontractors or vendors who may assist on a job are bound to handle information appropriately.
Retention
Contact and job records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, and warranty purposes. If you would like your information removed from our records and no active service relationship exists, contact us and we will honor that request promptly.

Service Area and Estimates
We serve the greater Henderson and Las Vegas, Nevada area. Service availability outside that region is determined case by case. Any estimate provided — verbally, by email, or through this site — is an assessment of likely scope and cost, not a binding commitment. A signed work-authorization form is the document that establishes the actual agreement between you and Life Savers Restoration LLC and governs all services performed.
Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods and specific payment schedules are outlined in your signed work-authorization. Work performed is subject to payment per those terms. Where insurance is involved, we will coordinate billing with your carrier to the extent you have authorized us to do so, but the property owner remains responsible for any balance not covered by insurance.
Scope of Work and Changes
Restoration work sometimes reveals hidden damage — water behind plaster, mold behind drywall, structural issues under flooring — that was not visible at the time of the original estimate. If the scope needs to change, we will document the new conditions and obtain your authorization before proceeding. No additional work is performed without your agreement.
Liability
Life Savers Restoration LLC operates as a licensed contractor under Nevada state regulations. Our liability is limited to the work described in your signed work-authorization. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, concealed damage discovered after work is complete, or losses arising from circumstances outside the defined scope of work.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us directly first — most concerns can be resolved through conversation. If a formal process becomes necessary, disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and venue is Clark County.
